Fill content is still normal
wine has always lain at a constant temperature in the cellar

Expert tasting note: (1989 vintage) "The very deep ruby-red color is virtually opaque. The nose combines a medium intensity of ripe red-fruits with cedary oak & chocolatey notes. The palate shows a lovely weight of ripe, smooth, chocolatey red-fruit. plentiful fine tannins are well integrated, only emerging at the finish. Good acidity lifts the fruit & the alcohol is balanced. Currently the finish is quite short as the tannins close it up - they will soften with time & this will open beautifully.
