The Rolls Royce of splicers no matter the format—the splicer preferred by professionals.
The splicer is still in very good condition, and the perforating punches are still very sharp. Some scratches from previous use are visible, but these will in no way affect the splicer's operation.
There is still a roll of splicing tape attached. How old it is and how well it still adheres to film I cannot say for sure. the whole setup is neatly housed in a red and black plastic box.
