It is a Gran Reserva Brut Nature with an average aging of 108 months in the bottle, made with the Xarel·lo variety from a single vineyard, La Capella, and from a particular soil, where a grape with a lot of character and nerve, something fundamental for this cava with a unique aging potential.

La Capella comes from a project full of enthusiasm, which delves into the essence of Gran Juvé cava: concern and search for quality from its origin. Structure, potential, complexity and surprising freshness are the hallmarks of this exceptional cava.

The Capella 2006 is distinguished by its beautiful golden color, a reflection of the long years of aging, with a constant effervescence that fills the glass with tiny bubbles. Deep, complex and surprising aroma, with intense notes of candied stone fruits, hints of spices, along with aromas of brioche and bakery. In the mouth, its pleasant and creamy bubble caresses the palate, it is extremely unctuous, structured, and surprisingly fresh given its age. Its persistence is notable and leaves pleasant memories of dried apricots, nuts and fine pastries.
