A rare silver betel holder from the ancient Khmer culture, Late Angkor Periode, 12-15th century .

In good condition. It has been cleaned by hand partly . Original, ancient, artisan silversmith work . Traces of use and age on its surface.

Purchased in 1983/Budapest by Dr. Zelnik from the collection of a former ambassador in Cambodia.
