Moët Impérial brut is the House's flagship cuvée. Created in 1869, it embodies the unique style of Moët & Chandon, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, a tasty palate and elegant maturity. It is a blend of over a hundred different wines, including 20 to 30% reserve wines. It draws on the body of Pinot Noir, the suppleness of Meunier and the finesse of Chardonnay. Its color is elegant, straw yellow, slightly golden. Its nose is bright, the tangy intensity of green apple, citrus fruits, white flowers, but also blond notes of maturity such as brioche. Its palate combines generosity and subtlety.
