He first studied at the decorative sculptor Jenő Frim's factory for three years. 1933-39: Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts, teacher: Ferenc Sidló. 1938-41: Ferenc Sidló teaching assistant at the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts. 1942: Scholarship of the Roman Academy.
The artist produced few ceramic sculptures. A true rarity, both in form and subject matter. The charming pan boy is a meticulously crafted, exceptionally beautiful figurine. Undamaged, not cracked, not repaired
