The production secrets and method of vini fi cation of this vintage go back to the origins of Maison BILLECART-SALMON and have been passed on for seven generations. It is the result of a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vini fi ed in red.
To the eye: The pale, radiant pink dress is adorned with warm, golden reflections while its delicate bubbles give it a lingering froth.

On the nose: A subtle and gourmet aroma, a fine bouquet of notes of red fruit and citrus zest.

In the mouth: Accurate and elegant attack on the palate, followed by a slightly raspberry finish and a nice freshness.
