Very beautiful Art Nouveau binding. Illustrations by major Swiss symbolist painter Carlos Schwabe.

The Art Nouveau illustrations include a frontispiece portrait in heliogravure, an initial cap, a header and two plates inset in black, all signed and dated in plate by Carlos Schwabe, as well as page ornaments engraved on wood and printed in different tones of gray-green.

Binding and spine worn at corners and edges (please see detailed photos), occasional staining, otherwise retaining its beautiful originality. Interior with some staining on guard sheet, otherwise really healthy and very good preserved. Illustrations very good.

194 pages. Dimensions - 24 x 18.5 cm.

This collection contains the poetry of a young poet from Geneve, who died young, at 25.
