Altpapier in der Verpackung, Professionell ist anders. Beim Transport geworfen oder gestürzt sodass die Holzkiste zu Bruch ging. Ein Wunder daß die Flaschen heil geblieben sind.

Sorry sir, don't know what went wrong. But for example to fill the PRO shipment boxes with paper is normal to me to protect the bottles. I use professional boxes to ship. I am glad the wines are safely at yours. Thanks for the feedback.
