Hand painted by a Dutch craftsman around the 1920's.
Signed on the right below corner.
Fire painting labor-intensive, traditional technology - originating from the early Middle Ages. It uses metal oxides, which are burned into the glass at a relatively low temperature, creating the most beautiful colours.
This high quality painted decoration with great details gives a wonderful effect when the sun shines through the glass.
Dimensions W32 x H24,5 cm
The glass, the painting and the lead soldering are in an excellent state.
Weight: 0,95 kilograms.
A wonderful addition to both a classic and a modern interior.
