Here we have an exquisite very large late 18th Century or early 19th Century English School, oil on canvas. The painting features a waist length portrait of a young lady called Jane Ricks. She is wearing her best clothing and a coral choker around her neck. Her hair is in ringlets with beautiful flower posies on the side of her head. The artwork has a label verso explaining part of the family tree. A wonderful piece of artwork which would grace any wall in your home.
