Bonjour, la boite de l'objet a été mal protégée et est arrivée déchirée ainsi qu'une plaque du moteur est pliée. Dommage de ne pas faire un emballage rigide (envoi 28 euro, c'est cher)

I received my lamp today. The box it was packed in, was not sturdy. The lamp was absolutely filthy. There was a crack in the electrical cord. There was not a byonet lamp included!!☹️😲Was disappointed
