An impressive Quartz cluster from Djurkovo Mine, Djurkovo Complex, Laki, Rhodope Mts, Plovdiv Oblast, Bulgaria. The specimen comprises of a bunch of beautiful prismatic crystals of Quartz, with some translucency, satin luster that are densely covered in iron oxide, making the color slightly reminiscent of Citrine. On the big prisms of Quartz, there’s also hundreds of needle Quartz that are also loaded with limonite, which provides some additional depth. There’s also some specks of shiny Pyrite, loosely scattered all over.
The specimen is in excellent condition.
