Advantage of electrostatic speaker:

* High directionality - Concentrated acoustic energy in narrow beams means room reflection is less of an issue.
* No cabinet resonance - internal reflections and vibrations are completely minimized because electrostatic speakers have no cabinet.
* Music Transparency - The lifelike qualities of the reproduction of the human voice are incredible, as are acoustic musical instruments, especially small classical ensembles. This is partly because the radiation surface has less mass than most drivers.
* Minimal Distortion - Electrostatics can be implemented as full-range designs, without the usual crossover filters and enclosures that can color or distort audio quality.
