This is number # 196 of 250 - one of the 180 "Éxemplaires contenant les eaux-fortes avec la lettre". There is no sign of a letter with this copy - but no other copies online seem to have letters.
First edition Thus. Softback. Olive green integral paper covers.
The binding is split and rubbed to the spine with some repair. One of the flaps is detached but present. A little nicking and edge wear to the wrapper. End papers are darkened, but the rest of the book is in very nice condition. One gather is loose, but holding by a thread! Embellished with gold illustrations to the head of each page. 19 full watercolour plates and 37 gold woodcuts plus 12 cul-de-lamp.
