Kōitsu Tsuchiya (1897–1987) was a Japanese ukiyo-e and woodblock print artist who played a prominent role in the shin-hanga movement during the Showa era. Known for his beautiful woodblock prints depicting landscapes and famous tourist spots, Koitsu was born in Tokyo and showed talent as a ukiyo-e artist from an early age. He later studied under the renowned ukiyo-e printmaker, Kobayashi Kiyochika.
