Ashiaki Yasuda - SHUNGA - Yasuda Collection Volume 2 - Meiji Era - Complete set of 64 Plates - 1900

Rare copy of the volume 2 ( 9 volumes total ) of the Collection Yasuda , Ashiaki Yasuda ( 1918-2008 ) was one of the foremost expert of the 20th century Japanese Erotica.
He devoted a large number of years of writing these 9 volumes , We shall see the works of Seiu Ito, Hokusai , Sentaro Iwata and others , This second opus brings together anonymous drawings illustrated erotics poems.
The work ( ink and pencil ) has been done end of 19th, begining of 20th century, Meiji Era ( 1868-1912)
As the writing is with old Kanji, I haven't been able to translate a lot of sentences to give more informations
Just 2,3 smalls things, You will note the application to draw the woman's feet and their suggestive positions.
After the plate number 42, the model is a Geisha with a full tattoo skin ( Irezumi ) , we discover also only on the 64 th and last plate that the man is also full tattooed.
Complete set of 64 plates ( 256 x 182 mm ) EX to NM , Yasuda Collection 2 , written on the top right corner, The plates are numbered from 1 to 64.
They are protected in a green marbor envelope of thick paper , all contained in a card slipcase with Yasuda Collection 2 with Gold letters.
