Bellavista, Vittorio Moretti 2001 & 2006 - Franciacorta - 2 Butelki (0,75l)

In a corner of Lombardy of rare beauty, between Lake Iseo and the Po Valley, there are the 190 hectares of vineyards that give life to the famous Franciacorta Bellavista, a historical name that represents the excellence of Italian bubbles.

Franciacorta Riserva Vittorio Moretti Extra Brut pays homage, with its name, to the founder of the company Vittorio Moretti.

This wine is produced only in the best years and aims to represent the search for perfection that animates the Bellavista house. Particular care is used in the assembly, the best grapes from the best crus of Franciacorta are selected.

The grapes used are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in almost equal parts. The refinement in the bottle lasts 7 years in contact with the yeasts, followed by disgorgement which consists in the removal of the cork on which the lees have settled and the closure with the traditional cork stopper with a metal cage.
