Beautiful sculpture with the oil lamp titled " LA PAIX Par CH. Levy, Médaille D'or" after original model by Charles Octave Lévy (1820-1899)" . It represents a lady, she is holding an oil lamp on her right hand. . Signed " CH LEVY" at the base.
The arms are repaired ( see photos)
The lamp is working very well
The sculpture is made of Spelter
Gilding of later date.
Height: 101cm
Charles-Octave Lévy, born in Paris on April 20, 18401 where he died in the 11th arrondissement on April 28, 18992, was a student of Armand Toussaint, and exhibited several statuettes at the Salon, from 1873 to 1898. He obtained an honorable mention in 1887 and a third class medal in 1889. He died in 1899.
The oil tank and the statue will be detached before shipping

Dear Ronny, They are lamps. I have to detach three parts seperately . It is needed to use the silicon to connect the oil tanks and bodies together. Please let me know to find a solution that makes you happy. Thanks for your response
