This an excellent and generous damask table linen in silk and linen. I have not come across this particular damask design which is holly with its red berries. It gives the linen a particular elegant and joyful appearance. The top rectangular piece has the the initials G.R. in the centre which are embroidered in high relief . It is framed with a small and deep satin border in which the holly design is sitting. The same design is repeated at the edgings and please look at the last photo. We have partially decked the table for you to get an idea. A beautiful piece to be cherished.
