The Modulaire 8 is a hifi quality compact system.
A built in AM/FM stereo tuner, 8-track stereo player and two matched air suspension speaker systems provide excellent full range sound. And there's much, much more.
The amplifier offers versatility normally found only in component systems costing much more. You get bass, treble, volume and balance controls, an input for a MM turntable or auxiliary source, microphone inputs for live recordings and a stereo headphone jack.
The FM tuner has an easy to read slide-rule dial, a stereo beacon, automatic stereo/mono switching and external antenna inputs for excellent reception even in fringe areas.
The 8-track system incorporates an Auto Stop feature which automatically stops the tape at the end of program/track 4.
At Radio Shack we believe products should look as good as they sound. The Modulaire 8 speakers are housed in a , wood-grained enclosure. The Control Center has a matching wood styled case and a black and chrome panel, highlighted by a brushed aluminum trim plate.
Fully tested okay, good stereo fm reception.
RCA speaker breakout cables included.
