Lot of French cookbooks (1970s and 1980s)

- Tout à Vous - La Cuisine de A à Z (4 volumes) published by Femmes d'Aujourd'hui

Combination of a cookbook and encyclopedia. It explains culinary terms, but also contains hundreds of recipes. It starts with Abaisse and ends with Ziste. Illustrated throughout. Very handy reference work for all chefs and foodies.

Generally in good used condition. Pages are clean. Little bit of wear on the covers of the books. Some white stains on the back of volume 1. Top and bottom of the spines have some wear. Spine of volume 3 has a little blemish in the middle. The top corners of volume 2 are damaged. Pages are clean. Check out the photos for the condition of the books.

The books are in good used condition. The cover, back and spine of Lapins et vollailles has discolouration (probably due to sunlight).

Good copy of this popular cookbook illustrated with colour photos. Pages are clean. White cover, back and spine have some wear and tear and some stains. The corners are a bit bumped. Take a look at the photos for the condition of this interesting book.

Illustrated with colour photos. Good used condition. Little bit of damage to the spine of N° 32. The title "Leçon 389" is circled in pen.
