A smart looking set of 3 GB Imperforate line engraved stamps.
Featuring the iconic GB 1840 1d Black (SG2) with 4 margins, corner letters TC, with good intense black colour.
The 2d Blue (white lines) is SG14 from 1841 onwards and has 4 margins, corner letters DD and a light Town cancellation, number 75, for Birmingham.
The 3rd is the 1d Red-Brown, SG8, of 1841 with excellent colour and a light Maltese Cross cancellation with corner letters PG. Stanley Gibbons Concise Catalogue values of the 3 was £500 in 2018.
