Self bottled (Bruichladdich / Port Charlotte) in the distillery on 09th of September, 2024. Single cask bottling. Matured in a Bandol red wine cask (2nd fill, Bandol: South of France / Cote Azur). Bottle Number 012 of 368. This whisky is heavily peated and with 59,4 % ABV about 4 degrees over proof. Date of distillation is 26th July, 2012. Cask-number: 2715. Filling-level. middle of the shoulder. The labels are fine, no stains. I tasted this whisky at the distillery, Smoky and fruity, it needs some drops of water. Very strong!
