We are very sorry to read that something happened in transit. Because of its sensitivity, we packed the object box in box and we spared neither packaging nor time to pack it safely. The object is insured and you can hand it over to DHL for an assessment. If you complained about this when you picked it up, you can take it to the post office and complain about it again there. dhl will then check this and reimburse you for the damage.
