Bodegas ànima Negra

Vi de la Terra Mallorca

ànima Negra Vinya Son Negre, 2011, Etiqueta Miquel Barceló, 0.75 l bottle
Born: 2011; Rarity
Alcohol content: 14,5 % vol.
Grape varieties: 95% Callet, 5% Manto-Negro and Fogoneu.
Barrique extension: 18 months in new French fine-grained oak, with medium to light roasting.

Nose: A distinct toastaroma, with sounds of violets, tobacco, black cherries and black raspberries

Color: Dark ruby red to purple

Palate: Very delicious, with intense colour and long finish, it hides enough tannins to develop its potential in the bottle in 8 to 10 years. It will reveal its best properties around 2022 and can then be drunk until 2034.

Remark on wine:
Cutting: Traditional bus education
Precipitation: 350-450mm
Origin: It is made of three small vineyards from the Son Negre area, with extreme soil conditions and high density of fruit tree plantings between the vines. The soils are bare with extreme mineral conditions and little water retention capacity. There are strong sea winches and production is at least half a kilo per vine.
Manufacture: Harvest in small reading boxes of 10 kg. Hand-picking of grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature at 28°C in wooden barrels of 3000 litres.
Maceration: Average 25 days.

Allergen Note: contains sulphites
Market place: ànima Negra, 3a Volta 18. AP 130, 07200 Felanitx, Mallorca, España
