The cards will be shipped in sleeves (Rare, Reverse Holo) and in the 9-pocket page, for ring binder, paying maximum attention to the packaging. The binder is NOT part of the lot, it is only a support for the photos, you will receive: Cards, Sleeves and page(s).
The conditions are exactly those seen in the numerous high definition photos, where we try to highlight all the strengths and/or possible defects, the cards you will receive are exactly what you see in the photos.
