Almost unobtainable edition of Carroll's Alice's in Wonderland published in 1960 by Bancroft with wonderful illustrations in colour by Prague illustrator Vojtech Kubasta!!! Front cover has a cut out with plastic window creating a 3D illusion of peering in- cellophane present and in good condition. 18 pages, with a full colour double page pop-up section at front and rear (2 in total), lifting panel, also with a number of full color illustrations. Pop up in overall very good condition for age,very attractive. Externally rubbing to the extremities and light wear in boards -see photos. Internally wear on margin with light paper loss beginning on second page-light wear on caterpillar image- and becoming less evident through the book-no loss of text or images. Light loss upper margin last full page illustration. See photos as part of description. A good example of a SCARCE edition. ONLY for Alice's collectors.
