Heureusement, nous avons été en mesure d’ouvrir une réclamation afin que vous puissiez récupérer l’argent que vous avez versé à Catawiki par le biais d’une réclamation sous forme de plainte. Une fois de plus, nous nous excusons pour ce dommage interne manqué (endommagé par nos soins dans l’entrepôt avant qu’il ne soit expédié) « Mieux vaut prévenir que guérir... » Nous espérons que Catawiki vous remboursera dans les plus brefs délais.
