Very Scarce King Henry VIII quitclaim dated January 31st, 1536 in the 27th year of his reign on vellum and written in Latin with the original wax seal still attached.
It relates to a quitclaim by John Calebutt, gent to Thomas Prier of Castle Acre and his successors of Gosforde Meadows in Kempston.
The indenture has been folded with minor creases, some minor light staining not affecting the text, good condition for a document so old and even more remarkable with the embossed wax seal still attached.

I don't know what you mean by Scotch. The item was not sent out broken, what covered the glass is tape and that helps it from getting broken. The picture clearly shows the item not broken.
