This watch was ordered by the Shah of Iran Mohammad Reza Pahlavi (1919-1980) for the officers of the Iranian Royal Army in 1970. These watches were only given to some of the officers of the Iranian Royal Army.

A bit disappointing. Quality less than expected. The aftermarket dial sits loose in the case; when you pull the crown, the dial moves. The strap is pretty much worn, the black color is a bit bleeched.
