The patented Harwood Automatic was released by Fortis in 1926, becoming the world’s first automatic watch in a series production. Maintaining a strong reputation for functional and reliable watches in the following years, Fortis also launched the world’s first waterproof watches in 1943.
By 1962, Fortis was beginning its relationship with the space industry, with seven members of a US space mission testing its Spacematic Automatic. Following strict endurance tests in 1994 that proved the capabilities of Fortis watches in the most extreme conditions, the Star City Training Center chose Fortis to become part of their Official Cosmonauts’ equipment. The Swiss brand has been the official watch supplier to the Russian Space program since 2004, and was the official supplier to the Mars 500 mission in 2010..
These ongoing and intensive collaborations with space travel experts resulted in another world first for Fortis: the creation of the world’s only chronograph automatic alarm. The newspaper was wrapped in tissue paper and rolled, and the poster was wrapped around the outside of the newspaper, and surrounded by packing paper. I find it surprising that the alleged "missing" item is only being mentioned 4 and a half days after delivery????? Surely, if 50% of a lot was really missing the first thing you would do is inform the seller, not wait 4.5 days.

Se oversettelseThe print is 32x22cm which is NOT postcard size. The actual package was 40x30x2cm and sent in 4 layers of thick cardboard surrounded by bubble wrap. The print is on very thick card and has to be sent flat otherwise it would crease. The price of postage and packing is the same average price as charged by many other sellers on Catawiki. If you were not happy with the postage and packing you should not have bid!!!! The print was £65+ on release in 2015 and you got it for 7€, and you are still complaining??? This buyer was a NIGHTMARE and was rude and offensive in messages. I offered a full refund of the price of the print and P&P which she refused as she wanted a print at a greatly reduced price. The print was delivered in 5 working days from payment. I see the buyer confirms the print is "beautiful". I sincerely hope I never have to have any contact with this thoroughly unpleasant person again.
