Dear Graziano, I'm so sorry to hear that you feel the size of the diamonds in not correct. It should not be possible but who knows what happened at our end of the business. So even when the legal 14 day return period is over, I am more than happy to see the ring being returned to us after which you will receive full compensation (ex Catawiki's commission, although you can request that too back from them) Please send us the tracking number of your return shipment as well as your IBAN bank account number, so we can reimbourse you the moment the ring comes back to us. Of course we will double check the real size of the diamonds through an independant(!) grader and come back to you with the results. If the diamonds turn out to be compliant with the original weight as described originally by us, you can still change your mind and order the ring again. Shipment will be on us then!
