// IMPORTANT
I didn't manage to get this "Joystick" to work. To be honest. I didn't spend to much time trying either ;) I suspect it has something to do with the necessary driver. But because of previous reason. The joystick is now auctioned as NON-working! I only had it as an historical item and conversation piece.
// STORY
This Joystick was used for games like "F/A-18 Hornet", "Warbirds", "Hellcats" and "A-10 Attack"
Because flight arcade games where more fun with a joystick … then with a simple Macintosh one-button-mouse.
// MACALLY
Macally is a manufacturer of computer peripherals for the PC and Mac. In their earlier years, the company was known for its Mac accessories and perhiperals. The company was formed around 1994/1995. In the 90s, some of their popular products included keyboard, mice, joysticks and gaming controllers for the Macintosh.
// BE AWARE
This joystick was NOT TESTED (but chances are high that it's just working). Be aware that you need a special driver for the MacAlly ADB joystick and the right Macintosh computer. Inform yourself before bidding!
But again. Because I am not 100% sure it's auctioned as NOT WORKING! It's on you (the buyer) to take this chance (or not) or to just obtain the Joystick as vintage conversation piece (as I did).

Ik kreeg deze "Joystick" niet aan de praat. Om eerlijk te zijn. Ik heb er ook niet veel tijd aan besteed ;) Ik vermoed dat het iets te maken heeft met de benodigde driver. Maar vanwege een eerdere reden. De joystick wordt nu geveild als NIET-werkend! Ik had hem alleen als historisch item en gespreksonderwerp.

Deze joystick werd gebruikt voor spellen zoals "F/A-18 Hornet", "Warbirds", "Hellcats" en "A-10 Attack"
Omdat vliegarcadespellen leuker zijn met een joystick … dan met een simpele Macintosh-muis met één knop.

Macally is een fabrikant van computerrandapparatuur voor de pc en Mac. In de beginjaren stond het bedrijf bekend om zijn Mac-accessoires en -randapparatuur. Het bedrijf werd rond 1994/1995 opgericht. In de jaren 90 waren enkele van hun populaire producten toetsenborden, muizen, joysticks en gamecontrollers voor de Macintosh.

Deze joystick is NIET GETEST (maar de kans is groot dat hij gewoon werkt). Wees u ervan bewust dat u een speciale driver nodig hebt voor de MacAlly ADB joystick en de juiste Macintosh computer. Informeer uzelf voordat u een bod uitbrengt!
Maar nogmaals. Omdat ik niet 100% zeker weet dat het geveild wordt als NIET WERKEND! Het is aan jou (de koper) om deze kans te grijpen (of niet) of om de Joystick gewoon te verkrijgen als vintage conversation piece (zoals ik deed).
