Blown and hand-shaped Biedermeier commemorative glass goblet - glass cup from the end of the 19th century, in perfect condition. A thick-walled, multi-layered glass made with the überfang technique. Its colorless, transparent surface is covered with a layer of yellow glass, with deep, square backsandings. The stem part consists of curved, faceted sides, the edge of the bottom is rounded and decorated with a stellar-shaped incision inside. The faceted and engraved glass cup commemorates a visit to Dresden. This is indicated by the inscription below the engraved cityscape: "Erinnerung an Dresden" (Remembering Dresden). An additional mark referring to a personal memory can be seen on the other side of the glass "F.F." monogram too. An elegant glass cup - glass goblet that combines several glass processing techniques. Decorative, exquisitely executed, collector's item Dimensions: 7,5 x 19,5 cm, 577 gramm.
