‘Onze Vogels’, Parts 1 and 2, by Dr. P.G. Buekers, published by W.J. Thieme & Cie., Zutphen, second edition, 1922. [vii] LXIII, 708pp. With 50 chromolithographic plates, each showing multiple birds, and numerous b/w in-text illustrations.

Blue cloth covers with pictorial bird design and title to the front covers and spine. A little scuffing and staining, and Volume 1 has been rebacked at some point using the original covers and spine strip and with new endpapers. Ink stamp to title page of Volume 1 and ex-libris adhered to verso of title page of Volume 2. There are also pencil annotations to title pages and elsewhere. The interior contents are otherwise very good with only very occasional stains, but no spotting. Binding holding tight and firm. Overall very good condition.
