A Bulova automatic with an automatic calibre 12 EBA micro-rotor movement. A truly very refined piece of watch technology from the 1960s. One of the flattest automatic timepieces in the world!
The gold-plated case is approx. 40 mm x 38 mm without crown. A well-wearable size. The greyish gold dial is very neat with fine overlaid gold line markers inlaid with black onyx.
The watch has a neat, blue leather 20-mm strap with a generic buckle. Good for a wrist of up to at least 20 cm.
The unique thing about this watch in this case certainly is the ticking heart... what is known as a micro-rotor movement.
Universal Genève was the first to patent such a movement. Movements like these are rare due to their complexity. There are a number of highly renowned watchmakers, like Piaget and Patek-Philippe, however, who developed a micro movement. So Bulova is in good company!
The movement keeps time well and this Bulova automatic is overall in excellent condition. Optically: 8/10. However, please have a good look at he many photos yourself.
It comes in a generic box. No extras.

NO RESERVE!

In short… a technical vintage masterpiece by Bulova. Swiss top brand!

Naturally, this item will be packaged well and shipped registered - insured.
