A wonderful original antique mahogany tripod pedestal table - tilting top. This was made in France, it dates from early 1800s.
The quality is superb, this is very well made and is a useful size. The wood has a gorgeous colour tone and beautiful patina acquired over the years. The circular top sis on a tripod base, it can flip up to save space when the brass catch under the top is released.
The condition is excellent for its age. There is just some minor wear and small marks remaining here and there beneath the polish, commensurate for age.
