With an excellent palate, our solera 1865 is a living tribute to the prior of Scala Dei, Dom Juan Fort.
Product of one of the oldest soleras of the winery that has centuries-old history
This dry rancid wine is made using the solera system that integrates the same amount of wine from barrels of different ages into the same mixture, in this case the 1865 barrel being the portion of the oldest mother barrel of this oxidative wine.
Always in a private cellar with controlled temperature.
