Large Chinese porcelain saucer dish, marked, Kangxi 18th Century
Description:
On offer we have a nice detailed decorated Chinese porcelain dish, marked at the underside in double circle. This dish has been made in the early 18th Century, Kangxi period. At the center a nice decoration of flowering peony and taihu rock. At the rim there are 12 panels with flowering branches of season flowers like peony, lotus, prunus, plum, daisy and chrysanthemum. The cobalt blue color is in typical bright Kangxi tone and the porcelain has a creamy white color and greasy glaze, as it should be. Nice larger saucer dish in fine condition!
Condition:
Overall fine condition! 1 back-side rim chip, further no damage, no hairline.
Dimensions:
The dish measures ca. 13,7cm across.
