Hampden Great House Distillery Edition 2023: Three Hundred Years of Incredible Rum

The Distillery Edition, here in the 2023 version, is a blend of the most representative marks of the unique style of Hampden Estate rums, a historic Jamaican distillery that has been active since 1753. This distillery produces a distinctive rum characterized by spring water, extended fermentations with wild yeast, double retort pot still distillations, tropical aging in ex-bourbon barrels, and no added sugar or additives. Located in the Trelawny province, in the Grand Cru of Jamaican rum, Hampden Estate has been managed by the Hussey family since 2009 and is known for having the best land plots in the country, with some of the highest yields per hectare.
