You may wish to note that it has been clearly stated by Catawiki and also in our own description that custom fees and taxes are borne by the buyer. The tracking code is also correct and updated so we do not understand why you can't track the shipment. Tracking shows delivered on 15 Oct.

The date quickset is working and there is no day quickset so it is not that the quickset is not working.
