1.) The 1st pen "Montblanc - NOS 1970´s 780 Lever In Box - Ballpoint pen Lot 84672855 and link https://www.catawiki.com/en/l/84672855-montblanc-nos-1970-s-780-lever-in-box-ballpoint-pen , was sold as pictured and described with a box and was shipped with such! 2.) The 2nd pen "Montblanc - 380 Black & Gold Lever - Ballpoint pen Lot 84673683" and link https://www.catawiki.com/en/l/84673683-montblanc-380-black-gold-lever-ballpoint-pen ,there was no box on photo, nor mentioned in description, so why accuse us to have shipped pen without box? 3.) Both ballpoint pens were tested if the refill writed, which they did, so they were working surely prior listing the for auction and we did not state that we exchanged refills to new ones. 4.) Any issue could have been stated prior leaving such feedback , via message. UPDATE: Item now to be returned in accordance with EU consumer rights as we are business dealer, so all shall be well in the end.

Will work out a solution with the client. Had 3 of them pens in stock and all were new old stock in box and must have overseen the engravement to one of them 3, when I relisted the same model item.

The innitials were actually visible on photo 3 and photo 5 and photos are legally counted by main EU court ( EUGH ), as part of description of items, sold online!
