Ygay 1934: It remains for 6 months in large wooden tanks (7,000 liters) where malolactic fermentation ends and it stabilizes before being aged in wood. Maturation for 4 years in semi-new 225-litre American oak barrels. After, it is transferred to used wooden vats where it undergoes a new maturation for 9 and a half years. The cork is replaced every 20 years. Officially marketed in 1988. Ripe and almost liqueur red fruits, oriental spices, a balsamic and mineral touch, with time in the glass we perceive animal memories of hunting and tanned skin, pipe tobacco, smoked, vanilla, exotic woods
