The iPhone 3GS took the design of the iPhone 2G and the 3G, now with the updated software iPhone OS 3.0 (also called iOS 3) and added up to the twice of power of the iPhone 3G. These first Apple smartphones gave the users the possibility of downloading a lot of applications, games, music, movies, documents and more contents from the App Store and iTunes, apart from using Safari, Mail, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Calendar, Maps, Weather, Calculator, Notes and most of the functions that the new iPhones include, with a declared battery duration of up to 12 hours of 2G call and 30 hours of audio. The iPhones 2G, 3G and 3GS were very innovative in 2009, probably the most powerful and advanced phones of the moment.
