I cannot accept the poor quality of the kitchen knives I purchased, the steel is not tempered, it is not sharp and the blades are completely bent and impossible to use.

Dear sender, knifes are absolutely beautiful, unfortunately, the big one has it's end bumbed (cutting side) like it was hit on a rock. The pointed side is damaged. Best regards Stephan
