Selling ca 100 years old Estonian chairs from the early 1920-s, made by the Luther Factory of Tallinn, during the 1st Estonian Republic until II World War. The chair(s) are known to be made in the 1920-s, after the First World War and before the 2nd World War. They were made by a factory known for high quality and "make by hand style" of work. Probably some simplish design chair. Currently I only know, it's known as antique, but 100 years ago it was probably a modern middle-class chair, now it's a relic which needs restauration. Comes with original sitting pad(textile cloth, might have been added during Soviet period, was with the chair at the time I purchased it/those chairs). As much as I have heared of the producer it was known for quality and valued. Was forced out of business due to World War II... The factory ( A M Luther, Tallinn) was known for working with wood, particularly with plywood and wood furniture. That was one of the standard chair types the factory made/produced mainly by hand. The factory itself might have gotten bombarded or smth because the buildings left from the factory complex are in bad shape, but the chairs they made are still in one piece and need restauration due to age related wear and tear. This one has some color stains on top of it as well + the wear and tear of old age. Well it's a ca 100 years old furniture, so needing restauration is what you might expect. The packaging cost is included in the final price without transport, + transport will be calculated by the system and shown on the auction page. Will be packed into protective bubble wrap or into smth soft. Obviously they are a bit of delicate items...
