Superb Victorian silver-plated tea caddy in Rococo style. Bombe square form with rocaille scroll details to corners is raised on four bracket feet. There are four vacant cartouches accented with embossed flowerheads of roses and other flowers. The hinged lid is decorated with fluted folds of textured "fabric"
Wonderfully ornate piece that is also small and decorative enough to be used on a vanity table or as a vide poche.
