Didi you know that sellers have 3 to 5 business working days to prepare for the shipment? Excluding the delivery times which is not something we have control of depending on the courrier delivery speed. And also our shiping fees is visible on the auction which includes insurance for loss or damages. In my opinion this sort of feedback is just not deserved for our hard work.
