About the winery Château Cantemerle: Château Cantemerle is one of the oldest vineyards in the Médoc, with a history dating back to the 14th century. Located in Macau, a village in the southern Haut-Médoc, it's just a fifteen-minute drive from Margaux. Although Château Cantemerle is a 5th Grand Cru Classé, it was not originally on the list. The castle was added while the Paris fair - where the qualification took place - was still ongoing.
We open the OWC and pack it in bubble wrap; bottles are packed in UPS certified boxes.
All lots are also shipped insured, and we have our own customer service for Catawiki customers.

I think something went wrong with sending. Normally the case would be shipped separately from the bottles of wine. It may happen that the box is removed by a carrier due to the maximum size, or that something has gone wrong. I'll have an investigation done after this. Thank you for your criticism.
